Step 1

In a blender, combine milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt in blender until creamy smooth.

Step 2

Pour mixture into a large jar and add chia seeds.  Whisk together to combine.  Allow to sit on counter for 5 minutes then whisk again to prevent clumping.

Step 3

Place in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with your favorite fruit, nuts, and seeds. Enjoy.
