To a blender, combine the cabbage, cucumber, blueberries, apple, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar (if using).

Add 1 cup of water.

Pulse to get moving, then blend until smooth, adding more water 1/4 cup at a time as needed to thin it.

Add a fine mesh strainer to a large (3 cup) measuring cup, or bowl.

Pour the purple juice into the strainer, extracting the juice from the pulp.

Discard the pulp, and pour the purple juice into 2 glasses filled with ice.
Step 7
Top off with soda water and serve.

Feed the cabbage, cucumber, blueberries and apple through the juicer per the directions in the manual.
Step 9
Mix in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar (if using).
