Whenever I take this eye-catching fruit salad to a party or gathering, people ask for the recipe. I like to use dark sweet cherries and blueberries to give this blend its distinctive flavor.

Quick Fruit Medley

(20 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained

red apple, cubed

strawberries

red grapes

kiwifruit,

blueberries

sweet cherries

firm bananas, sliced

This recipe is requested by my kids at every party and is always gone whether I am serving to adults or kids. I make at least a double batch each time. I do substitute frozen or fresh raspberries or blackberries for the blueberries as my kids don't like blueberries.

I love how quick this recipe is! It's easy enough to substitute whatever fruits you like or have on hand. I also love that the canned fruit juices serve as a sauce without adding extra calories.
