Step 1
Place water into mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket, place in eggs and cook 10-12 min/Varoma/speed 1, according to taste (see Tip). Immediately remove simmering basket with spatula and place simmering basket with eggs under cold running water to stop cooking process. Set aside until cool enough to peel. Meanwhile, dry mixing bowl.

Place garlic and ginger into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 10.

Add onions and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add oil and mushrooms and without measuring cup cook 8 min/250°F//speed .
Step 5
Add beef broth, miso paste, sesame oil, tamari and sambal oelek, place simmering basket onto mixing bowl lid and cook 20 min/212°F//speed 1. Meanwhile, peel reserved eggs, slice in half and set aside.
Step 6
Remove simmering basket and set aside. Add noodles and without measuring cup cook for time indicated on package 212°F//speed 1.
Step 7
Garnish ramen with reserved egg halves, mixed herbs and sliced chilies. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and serve warm.
