Rinse fruit well.

Step 2

Peel (if necessary) cut, chop or slice fruit.

If using berries, gently smash the berries in the pitcher to release juices.

Step 4

Add fruit and herbs to the bottom of a large pitcher.

Step 5

Fill the pitcher with water.

Step 6

Steep for up to 1 hour; 2-3 hours best; overnight for a stronger fruit flavored water.
