Step 1
In a sauce pan combine rhubarb, water & sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is soft and limp.
Step 2
Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Pour cooled rhubarb mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add apple juice & pink lemonade and blend again.
Step 5
Pour contents into a freezable container.
Step 6
Freeze for several hours or until slush like consistency.
Step 7
Fill a cup 1/3 full of rhubarb mixture.
Step 8
Pour lemon lime soda over rhubarb. Stir well and enjoy!
