Step 1

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 7, with aid of spatula.

Step 2

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and chop 3 sec/speed 7.

Step 3

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and cook 30-35 min/120°C/speed 2, placing simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid, until thick and fairly dry.

Step 4

Divide between ice cube trays and set aside to cool completely (see Tips), then cover and place in the freezer. Once frozen, place ice cubes into a sealable freezable container. Store in the freezer until needed, defrost completely before use (see Tips).
