Combine water, instant yeast, and oil in a bowl and whisk through

Add in flour and stir until a dough is formed

Clean down the bowl and let it rest (covered) for 15 mins

Stretch and fold dough before covering again and letting rest for a further 15 mins
Step 5
Repeat the stretch and fold and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour and 30 mins

Line baking tray with baking paper before covering in extra virgin olive oil
Step 7
Tip dough into the tray before folding into thirds (like a burrito) and slide it lengthways before flipping it over so that the smooth side is now facing up.
Step 8
Cover the tray with another tray to proof for another hour and 30 mins.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius
Step 10
Drizzle with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil before dimpling it and adding a sprinkle of @mingleseasoning green goddess on top.
Step 11
Place in the oven on the lowest rack for 18-23 minutes or until golden!

Best enjoyed warm with a delicious dipping sauce of extra virgin olive oil and our green goddess seasoning!
