Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 4 link of frozen pork breakfast to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides about 8-10 minutes

Add cottage cheese eggs and salt to a blender and blend on high until a smooth mixture remains

Spray a silicone egg mold with spray oil to grease

Add chopped sausage to each of the mold slots along with chopped jalapeño and cheddar cheese

Pour egg mixture and cottage cheese into each of the egg mold slots until almost compleltely full

Pour 1 cup water into the bottom of an Instant Pot

Place the egg molds on a metal rack and lower in the Instant Pot

Close the lid and set the vent to sealing

Cook on Steam for 10 minutes – the Instant Pot will come to pressure and then steam for 10 minutes

Once the Instant Pot beeps, manually release pressure and remove the lid

Allow the egg bites to cool almost completely before removing from the molds

Cover the pot with a lid and reduce the heat to medium-low allow the water to simmer and steam the egg bites for 12 minutes

Remove the lid and remove the pot from the heat
Step 22
Allow the egg bites to cool almost completely before removing from the molds
