Step 1
De-stem greens (if needed) and tear into pieces.
Step 2
Melt coconut oil in a high-sided sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion, 2-3 minutes until slightly soft. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add greens, stir until wilted (1-2 minutes for lighter greens, 3-4 minutes for hardy greens).
Step 4
Turn up the slightly, add apple cider vinegar and allow to deglaze slightly.
Step 5
Remove from heat, salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
