Step 1
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.

On a sheet tray fitted with a cooling rack, lay out the saltine crackers in a single layer.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the House Seasoning and flaky salt and stir together.
Step 4
Using a pastry brush, brush each cracker with the spiced butter mixture until all of the crackers are fully coated.
Step 5
Bake until the crackers are slightly golden brown and toasted and the butter has been absorbed, about 25 minutes.
Step 6
Stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
