Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)
Step 2
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag and gently shake to break up rice.
Step 3
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Step 4
Defrost the meal in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 450˚. Empty the bag onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and spread out evenly. Roast until the rice is deeply crisped in places and the chicken is cooked through and starting to brown, about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Thaw freezer meal.
Step 7
Add contents of freezer bag to large skillet, pot, or saute pan.
Step 8
Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
