Step 1
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)
Step 2
Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.
Step 3
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Step 4
Defrost the bag just to loosen up the meal by running under hot water.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the shrimp and veggies in a single layer.
Step 6
Cook 10 to 11 minutes, until the shrimp are pink. Serve.
