Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta with cold water, and drain again.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, shrimp, celery, pepper and onion. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, salt and white pepper, and stir it into the pasta mixture.
Step 3
Refrigerate, covered, for at least two hours. Editor's Tip: Don't worry if the dress looks loose. The pasta will soak it up as the salad sits in the fridge.
