In a utensil take besan, in that add red chilli powder, sugar, salt, asafoetida, cumin - ajwain powder.

Now add coriander leaves, water by taking care of consistency and mix well. Make lumps free batter. Rest for 5-10 minutes.

Now add 1 tbsp hot oil in batter and mix well. It will give crispiness.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, now add spoonful batter in it. Fry well on both sides on low flame.
Step 5
Fry till golden brown. Remove once done.
Step 6
