Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Blend all ingredients on high until very smooth, adding just enough water to get the blender moving. Divide evenly into the 12 cups of a muffin tin and freeze flat until solid. Dip the muffin tin into hot water, then pop each of the packs out and store long term (up to 3 months) in a zip-top freezer bag.
Step 2
To use to make smoothies: Place one freezer pack, one banana, and 1 cup unsweetened almond milk in a blender (adding additional mix-ins and fruit as desired). Blend on high until smooth. Make one smoothie.
