If pulp has seeds, remove seeds from pulp.Add pulp to blender and puree till smooth. You want to get it as smooth as possible.In a large bowl, add the puree pulp and condensed milk and mix together. Then whisk in the whipped cream.
Step 2
Add bitters and essence. Adjust flavor as needed.
Step 3
Add mixture to ice cream machine and follow brand instructions.

Put mixture in your freezer. You can use a container with a tight cover or cover the bowl with plastic wrap..

Let sit in the freezer in the bowl for 30 mins. You want it to be super cold and even have a few ice crystals. But not frozen.
Step 6
Remove from freezer and beat for a few seconds. You can use a hand mixer or put it into blender.
Step 7
Spoon mixture into a container with a tight cover or into individual cups.
Step 8
Freeze until firm.
