Step 1

Peel and cube potatoes (I use Russet)

Step 2

Boil egg in small pot

Step 3

Boil Potatoes until softened

Step 4

Mash the potatoes and add butter and milk, mix together.

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6

Add mustard and mix well

Step 7

Add relish, chopped onion and chopped boiled egg, mix together well.

Step 8
