Step 1

Place chicken wings in a mixing bowl. Pour cooking wine over wings and gently toss the wings.

Step 2

Season both sides of the wings with the herb salt and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Mix all of the listed ingredients for the marinade in a separate bowl.

Step 4

Place frying pan on medium heat and put in some olive oil. Once it turns hot, place wings in.

Step 5

Get a nice sear on both sides of the wings (approx. 2 minutes per side).

Step 6

Then pour the marinade in. Marinade will begin to reduce and cook the wings. Flip the chicken wings as sauce reduces.

Step 7

Once the sauce becomes very sticky (syrupy), they are ready to be eaten.
