Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and egg yolk until smooth.

Step 3

Cut out the inside of the slider buns.

Step 4

Brush the egg wash on the tops of the buns and sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Step 5

Fill each bun with the cream cheese mixture.

Step 6

Top each slider with strawberry pie filling.

Step 7

Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and enjoy!
