Step 1
Roll thawed dough onto a lightly floured cutting board or floured piece of parchment paper to form a 12x18 rectangle.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.

Use a spatula to spread the strawberry pie filling over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar over the top of the pie filling.
Step 4
Roll the dough up tightly into a log.
Step 5
Slice the log into twelve 1½-inch wide pieces.
Step 6
Place the cinnamon rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish, leaving equal space between all of the rolls. Cover with a light towel and place in a warm, draft-free location. Leave to rise for 1 to 1½ hours until puffy.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 8
Pour the heavy cream over the strawberry cinnamon rolls.
Step 9
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the rolls are lightly browned and cooked through.
Step 10
Beat or stir together frosting ingredients. Spread frosting over the warm strawberry rolls.
