Preheat oven to 350F

Prepare Meatballs by pan searing in olive oil until they have a crust on the outside. Cook over low-medium heat until they hit 160 internal. Fill sauce pan with marinara and let the meatballs simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes to absorb the sauce flavor.
Step 3
While meatballs are cooking carefully cut the core out of the middle of each Hawaiian roll and set aside. You want this hole to be large enough to fit the meatballs without cutting through the bottom.
Step 4
Take a small pinch of mozzarella cheese and place in the bottom of the bread in each cut out hole. Brush the entire top of the bread surface with melted butter and add pizza seasoning liberally.
Step 5
Insert each meatball in the bread, push down slightly but take care not to break the top of the bread. Add the remainder of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Place in oven to bake for 10-12 minutes to get cheese melted and bread will be crusty. If the bread starts turning a dark brown / black color, remove immediately.
