Place the peaches in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the palm sugar, lemon and lime juice until sugar dissolves, then whisk in oil until combined. Pour over peaches and toss to coat. Add onion, chilli and coriander, then gently toss to combine. Serve as a side salad.
