Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Mash the bananas. Set aside.

Step 3

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix until combined.

Step 4

Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat.

Step 5

Add the vanilla, mashed banana and almond milk to the coconut oil and whisk until combined.

Step 6

Pour the coconut oil mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 7

Use a spatula to pour the batter into a loaf pan.

Step 8

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
