Spread the frozen hash browns into a lightly sprayed 9×13 glass pan.
Step 2
Drizzle the melted butter over the frozen hash browns. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Step 3
Evenly pour the whipping cream over the potatoes and top with the grated Swiss cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
When you’re ready to bake them, preheat your oven to 350°. Take the potatoes out of the fridge while the oven preheats. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes covered and then remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Step 5
Season with more salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!!
