Step 1
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish or a deep dish casserole with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in pan and place a slice of swiss cheese on each breast. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl with a whisk, pour in uncooked stuffing mix and stir. Pour over the chicken.
Step 2
Cook covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes. Remove cover for last 15 to 20 minutes. (If your chicken is frozen when you are putting the casserole together, you should cook about 90 minutes to make sure chicken breasts are done).
