Step 1

Combine the jalapeño pepper, bell pepper, and onion in a food processor. Puree until it reaches a smooth consistency.

In a separate bowl, combine this mixture with the mayonnaise and vinegar and stir well.

Add the pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
