Export 12 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Spray 9x13 dish with nonstick spray.
Step 3
Gently crush the chips, set aside. Two cups should be crushed fine, more like bread crumbs and one cup should be larger chunks, to be spread on top at the end. (I put them in a Ziploc gallon bag and smooshed with my hands.)
Step 4
In a large skillet cook the ground beef and onions. Drain any extra grease.
Step 5
Add the garlic and cook for one minute.
Step 6
Add the frozen corn, taco seasoning, tomatoes with chiles, and two cups of finely crushed chips. (I added black beans here, too)
Step 7
Remove from heat. Stir in the sour cream two cups of cheese.
Step 8
Pour into greased casserole dish and place in oven. Bake 5 minutes, until warmed through.
Step 9
Add one cup of cheese on top, then one cup of loosely crushed Doritos and bake another five minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 10
Remove from oven and serve.
