Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, add the butter, the granulated sugar, and the brown sugar and using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, beat to combine.

Step 4

Add the eggs and the vanilla to the butter mixture and beat to combine.

Step 5

Add the flour, the baking powder, the baking soda, the cinnamon, and the salt to the butter mixture and stir and mix until just combined into a dough.

Step 6

Add the cornflakes, the oats, the chocolate chips, the coconut, the blueberries, the cherries, and the pecans and fold and stir until just combined.

Step 7

Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Step 8

Bake until the edges are set and the dough is lightly browned on top, about 25 minutes.

Step 9

Allow the bars to cool for 15 minutes.

Step 10

Slice the bars into serving-sized pieces and serve.
