Step 1

Add warm water and sugar into a bowl. Mix well

Step 2

If you prefer a sweeter sauce, add another 1/2 part- 1 part more sugar.

Step 3

After the sugar has fully dissolved add in your vinegar, garlic and thai chilis or chili garlic sauce (If using)

Step 4

Add the fish sauce in slowly until your desired taste is achieved.

Step 5

Taste and adjust as needed
