Step 1

Remove the pit and skin from the avocados and place into a large bowl or Molcajete.

Step 2

Smash the avocados until they reach a smooth consistency with very few chunks. The flat side of a fork or a pestle works well.

Step 3

Add the juice of the limes and continue smashing until the lime juice is mixed throughout.

Step 4

Add the jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro and mix to combine.

Step 5

Add the salt and mix to combine. Taste and add more salt if necessary.

Step 6

Enjoy!! Serve with tortilla chips, tostones, veggies, or whatever else sounds tasty to you.
