INSTRUCTIONS1. Add the chicken broth and chicken breasts to your 8 quart instant pot. Season the chicken with the seasoned salt and pepper. 2. Place the lid onto your instant pot and turn the steam valve to the sealing position. 3. Select the manual/pressure cook, high pressure setting and set the time to nine minutes. After 10 seconds the display will say On. Once the instant pot is pressurized, the float valve will rise and the cook timer will begin counting down. 3. At the end of the nine minutes, carefully turn the steam release valve to the venting position. When the float valve drops, open the instant pot and carefully transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board and check the temperature of the chicken using a meat thermometer. The chicken should be cooked to 165 degrees F. 4. Using two forks, shred the chicken. NOTESThis recipe is written specifically for the 8 Quart Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 Pressure Cooker.
