Preparation Put sugar in mixing bowl and grind at speed 10 for 30 seconds Remove 100 g sugar and put in bowl Add butterfly. Add egg whites. Cook 5 min at 90C at speed 4. Soak gelatine in cold water. Squeeze out water from gelatine and add to bowl. Mix 4 minutes at speed 4. Add vanilla during mixing. Oil dish. Pour mixture into it. Let sit until firm. Pour some powdered sugar on top. Remove from pan. Add powdered sugar at bottom. Cut into pieces
