Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 325 F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl add sourdough starter/discard and lemon pepper salt and melted butter and mix well.
Step 3
When you are ready to bake spread the sourdough discard into thin layer. Then sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on the top .
Step 4
Bake at 325F for 6 minutes and then remove from the oven and make rectangular cut and immediately put it back and continue baking for another 25-30 minutes depending upon how crisp cracker you want.
