Step 1
Bring some water to boil and cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat up a little olive oil in a wok. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tofu and fry for another 2-3 minutes, mixing often so the tofu gets covered in spices.
Step 4
Add the drained noodles and quickly add the soy sauce, vinegar, mustard seeds and agave syrup. Fry for 2-3 minutes, mixing very often so the noodles don't stick.
Step 5
Taste the noodles and see if you like the taste. Add a little more soy sauce if you want them saltier and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer to bowls and serve right away. Enjoy!
