Our tofu noodle recipe is fully vegan, super quick and easy to make. It's ideal for when you fancy Asian noodle and want something fast and tasty. Replace your take out with this delicious dish for lunch or dinner.

Tofu Noodles

wt. oz noodle

block smoked firm tofu,

garlic,

soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp agave syrup

mustard seeds

olive oil

Quick and Easy Tofu Noodles

Bring some water to

Bring some water to boil and cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat up a little

Heat up a little olive oil in a wok. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the tofu and

Add the tofu and fry for another 2-3 minutes, mixing often so the tofu gets covered in spices.

Add the drained noodles

Add the drained noodles and quickly add the soy sauce, vinegar, mustard seeds and agave syrup. Fry for 2-3 minutes, mixing very often so the noodles don't stick.

Taste the noodles and

Taste the noodles and see if you like the taste. Add a little more soy sauce if you want them saltier and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Transfer to bowls and

Transfer to bowls and serve right away. Enjoy!

How to make Tofu Noodles
