Step 1
Mix everything in a bowl except ghee well and add water to make a smooth pliable dough. Keep aside for 1/2 hour and again knead and make 6-7 equal balls.

Then roll it carefully to a triangle shaped paratha to desired thickness.Cook on both sides until brown spots starts to appear in medium flame. After finishing making all the parathas, give a gentle tap to define the layers.
