Rinse and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.

Chop all the required veggies while rice gets soaked.

Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F for 5 minutes.

Heat a sizzler plate on the stovetop on medium heat for 10-12 minutes while you prepare the sizzler sauce.

Place a saucepan on the stove on medium flame.

Add oil, once oil is hot, add onions, onion whites, ginger, and garlic and saute until onions are translucent.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, water, salt, sugar, and mix well.

Boil the sizzler sauce for about 5 minutes.

Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing water and cornstarch and ensuring there are no lumps.

Pour the cornstarch slurry in the sizzler sauce, a teaspoon at a time, until you get the desired consistency.

Allow the sizzler sauce to boil for a minute, add onions greens, and take off the flame.

Keep the heat on and place cabbage leaves on the sizzler plate.

Place 1 cup of fried rice at the center of the sizzler plate.

Arrange some potato wedges on one side.

Arrange some roasted veggies on another side.

Place a few grilled paneer pieces on top of fried rice.
