Step 1

Wash and dry strawberries, placing them on a clean paper towel until ready to use. Take the time to choose the ripest and most beautiful individual berries for dipping. Leave stems and leaves attached.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Step 3

Bring water to a boil in a double boiler. If you don’t have a double boiler, a heatproof bowl placed over a pot of water works just as well. Add all dark chocolate and cannabis-infused coconut oil into the bowl. Stir until completely melted.

Step 4

Turn off the heat, but leave the bowl of melted chocolate over the hot water. This will keep it warm and easy to work with.

Step 5

Using the stem and leaves as a handle, carefully dip one strawberry into the melted chocolate at a time. Roll side to side to cover all areas in chocolate. Take your time.

Step 6

Place chocolate-covered strawberries on the lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.

Step 7

In a second double boiler, melt the white chocolate until smooth.

Step 8

Using a spoon or a spatula, drizzle decorative lines of white chocolate across all dark chocolate-dipped strawberries. Alternatively, you can dip berries in white chocolate and drizzle in dark chocolate. Just remember which chocolate contains the cannabis coconut oil.

Step 9

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate. Once hard, you can move strawberries into a storage container or a decorative tin until ready for use.

Step 10

THC-infused Chocolate Dip Strawberries should be enjoyed within seven days and stored in the refrigerator.
