Elvis Presley's Favorite Sandwich

The recipe states this makes one sandwich but if you use a large banana and the 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, it makes 2 or 3 sandwiches for me.  I don't like it really thick.  You have to mash the banana with the peanut butter. We like the extra crunchy peanut butter.

I used to just slice the banana when I made a peanut butter and banana sandwich but it is much better mashed.  Spread the mixture on two slices of bread.  Elvis probably used white bread but I love it on honey wheat bread.  Add the butter to a grill or skillet and brown sandwich on both sides.  I read that Elvis liked bacon on his sandwich at times and, believe me, it is wonderful with bacon, too

With only 4 ingredients, you can dump this recipe into a pan and have a warm Peach Cobbler Dump Cake in no time at all.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake {4 Ingredients} Recipe

peaches in heavy syrup

yellow cake mix (1 package)

cinnamon

vanilla ice cream (optional topping)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Empty peaches into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Cover with the dry cake mix and press down firmly.

Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of cake mix.

Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.

(10.5) beef broth

(10.5) oz can condensed French onion soup

butter (1/2 cup)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a strainer, rinse rice under cold water until the water runs cool. Pat rice with a paper towel. Place rice into prepared baking dish.

Pour beef broth and french onion soup into baking dish. Stir together to combine.

Place 1 stick of butter on top of soup &amp; rice mixture. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil &amp; stir.
