Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi

Preheat air fryer

Toss gnocchi, olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket.

Air fry gnocchi

Air fry them at 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius), shaking every 3 minutes or so, until crispy and lightly golden.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat function, let it run for 4-5 minutes before adding the gnocchi.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, ensuring the gnocchi is evenly coated in the oil and seasonings.

Add the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer to the air fryer basket and cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes or until the gnocchi is golden brown.

Serve immediately topped with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
