These easy Air Fryer Cajun Potatoes are a quick and easy side dish with a kick!

Air Fryer Cajun Potatoes

paprika

Combine the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, thyme, onion powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne in a small dish and stir to combine into a Cajun spice mix.

Place the halved potatoes into a mixing bowl and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Stir the potatoes with the oil to coat. Add the Cajun spice mix from step one and stir until evenly coated.

Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Shake the basket or stir the potatoes and return the basket to the air fryer to cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parsley (if desired) before serving.(If you don’t have an air fryer and would like to make this recipe in your oven, I’d suggest spreading the potatoes on a baking sheet and baking at 425 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.)

Rub the potatoes with oil and seasonings, slice them into accordion hasselback slices, put prepared hasselback potatoes in the air fryer and the air fryer will cook them to perfection!

Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

Wash and dry your potatoes. Rub with vegetable oil.

Take 2 pencils and place on either side of the potato, front and back. Then slice the potatoes accordion style, making sure not to cut all the way through.

Then use the brush to baste the potatoes with oil, making sure to coat thoroughly along the cuts.

Season with salt and pepper and any other seasonings to taste.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set temperature to 390F for 35 minutes.

Remove when finished and enjoy!

These air fryer potatoes are crispy and flavorful, seasoned with garlic and herbs. Ready in 20 minutes, they&#39;re a perfect weeknight side dish!

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and several grinds of pepper.

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between potatoes. Work in batches if necessary.

Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the potatoes are tender and browned around the edges. Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve.

BBQ Chicken Loaded Potatoes

½ Tbsp (30 milliliters) - Olive Oil

(1.9lb) - Chicken Breast, Diced

Smoked Paprika

Garlic Cloves, Grated

½ Cup (125 grams) - Favourite BBQ Sauce

Salt & Pepper

(1.9lb) - All Rounder Potatoes, Diced

Garlic Powder

(5.2 ounces) - Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200℃-390℉. If using an oven, line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients for the chicken except the oil and bbq sauce and mix to combine.

Add all the potato ingredients in a separate bowl and combine.

If using an oven, place the potatoes onto the lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy. For the air fryer, cook for 20-22 minutes.

Add olive oil to a pan over high heat and sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes or until just cooked. Do this in batches if need be. Add the bbq sauce and mix well. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked potatoes to the pan and mix to combine. Sprinkle over ⅔ mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cover with a lid, and allow to melt for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Serve the loaded cheesy chicken potatoes into 5x 750ml meal prep containers. Garnish with the remaining mozzarella cheese, a drizzle of your favourite sauce and flat-leaf parsley. Dig in.

Cut potatoes into quarters in about 1 inch pieces.

Combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic salt, minced garlic and pepper in a medium sized bowl.

Add to air fryer and cook at 400° for 10 minutes.

Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.
