Tender, delicious Air Fryer Steak with an incredibly simple Paleo and Whole30 friendly marinade that will have you coming back for more!

Air Fryer Steak

tbsp coconut aminos (45 milliliterss)

tbsp lime juice (45 milliliterss)

olive oil

tsp cumin (omit for AIP)

garlic

Add the marinade ingredients together and whisk to combine.

Place the steak in a non reactive container where it can be covered by the marinade at least half way up the side of the steak. Marinate the steak covered for 15 minutes at room temperature, then turn the steak over and marinade for 15 more minutes.

Preheat your Air fryer to 400°F (200°C)

Place the steak inside the air fryer basket and cook for about 3 minutes for medium rare, then turn the steak and cook for 4 minutes longer if you like your steak cooked well done.

All Air Fryers are different so the exact timing may vary.

Once cooked remove and let it rest for ten minutes before slicing.

1/2-2 tsp of your favorite steak seasoning

Avocado olive oil

Brush steaks with oil

Sprinkle on your favorite steak seasoning

Cook at 360 ° F | 183 ° C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.  Use a meat thermometer to ensure that your steak is cooked to your satisfaction.

Rest for 5 minutes

Perfectly cooked steaks, all done in the air fryer. This is our favourite way to cook steak! This Air Fryer Steak recipe is ready in just 10 minutes.

Italian seasoning

Sea salt and black pepper

Drizzle half the oil over the steaks. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over half the Italian seasoning. Rub the oil and seasoning into the steak. Flip the steaks over and repeat on the other side.

Place the steaks in the air fryer (you may have to do one at a time). Set the temperature to 200°C/400°F and cook for 7-9 minutes for medium rare, 10-13 minutes for medium or 14-15 minutes for well-done. Make sure to flip the steak over at the half way point.

Transfer the steak to a chopping board and loosely cover with foil. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
