These bite-sized, air fryer bacon burgers make a great low-carb appetizer – perfect for the Super Bowl.

Air Fryer Bacon-Burger Bites

lbs 90% beef

oz center cut raw bacon (minced)

yellow mustard

tsp kosher salt

onion powder

tsp black pepper

butter lettuce

cherry tomatoes

jalapeño

dill pickle chips

mustard

Using your hands, gently mix together the beef, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.

Form into 30 (golf ball size) balls.

Preheat the air fryer 400F. Working in batches arrange burgers in a single layer.

Cook, flipping halfway to your desired doneness, 8 to 10 minutes for medium.

Place each burger on a skewers with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes and serve with dipping sauces.

Air Fryer Burger Bites

These air fryer burgers come out so juicy and cook through with no oil necessary! A great way to cook your burgers when you want to keep your kitchen cool.

Air Fryer Burgers (Turkey or Beef)

lb beef

garlic (minced)

Worcestershire sauce

salt

breadcrumbs

burger buns

tomatoes

lettuce

mayonnaise

Mix- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, worcestershire, salt and egg. When completely combined, add the breadcrumbs and mix until integrated evenly.

Patties

Form patties- Divide the mixture into four, then take ¼ of the mixture into the palm of your hand. Work it into a 3-4 inch diameter circular patty that is of even thickness across. Do not exceed 1 inch in thickness. Repeat until you have four patties.

Cook

Cook- Pre-heat the air fryer for at least 5 minutes, then add the burger patties to the basket. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Check the internal temperature has reached 160°F before removing from the air fryer.

Serve

Serve- Serve burger patties on a bun with mayonnaise, tomato slices, lettuce or your favorite burger toppings!

Air Fryer Burgers

Quick and easy air fryer burgers using a recipe that I&#039;ve developed over a number of years.

Air Fryer Hamburgers

beef

cheese (shredded)

bacon (uncooked and chopped finely)

Chop 3 slices of bacon into small size and place in a medium sized bowl.

Add 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1 egg, 1 tsp of onion powder and 1 pound of thawed ground beef to the bowl.

Gently work the mixture together with your hands. The key here is to do so loosely without turning the beef into mush.

Form two evenly sized logs with the beef mixture and then cut each in half. Take these halves and roll into loose balls (these will be your patties).

In a small tupperware container or something similarly sized, put one ball of ground beef. Using a potato masher, form the beef to the patty sized container (again, do so loosely).

Flip the container and push out the patty onto a baking sheet. Repeat the process until you have four 1/4 pound patties formed.

Place each patty in the air fryer basket, with space between each.

Start the air fryer at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 12 minutes. When complete, flip the patties and cook for another 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove, add to bun, add toppings and enjoy!

While the Ninja Foodi Grill is preheating, divide your beef into 3 third-pound portions

Remove the burgers from the Ninja Foodi Grill and rest for 2 minutes

To make the sauce, add everything in a mixing bowl, and mix well. Refrigerate any leftover sauce.

Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Add your hamburger set the timer for 7 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 7 minutes.

To assemble, on the bottom add a bottom bun, then a tablespoon of the Big Mac Sauce, diced onions, lettuce, cheese, hamburger, middle bun, another tablespoon of the Big Mac Sauce, onion, lettuce, hamburger, two pickle slices, top bun.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
