Air Fryer Corn (SO GOOD)

corn (shucked and trimmed to fit your air fryer)

olive oil (or spray oil)

salt & pepper (generous)

Prep corn

Prepare corn- Remove the husk and silk from the corn, then brush on all sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Cook

Cook- Pre-heat your air fryer to 350°F for at least 5 minutes. Add the corn to the basket. It&#039;s OK if it&#039;s touching. Cook for 13-15 minutes, turning the corn over halfway through. See note 1

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Making air fryer corn on the cob in foil is the best way to make corn ever! The foil ensures perfectly cooked, sweet, crunchy and buttery corn every time! Ready in just 20 minutes!

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob in Foil

corn cobs (green leaves removed and rinsed under cold water)

salted butter

sea salt

black pepper

aluminum foil

Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) for 5 minutes while preparing the corn cobs.

Place a corn cob on a sheet of aluminum foil, top with a pat of butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the foil tightly around the corn cob and twist the ends closed.

Place the corn cobs in the air fryer, butter side up. Air fry the corn cobs for 10 minutes at 400 °F (200°C) and then flip them. Flip them with tongs or by grabbing the foil ends of the corn cobs that will be cooler.

Air fry for another 5 minutes at 400 °F (200°C). Once the air fryer is done, leave the corn cobs in the air fryer for 5 minutes to cook a little more and cool slightly.

Remove, open the foil carefully and serve with more butter and seasonings!

Shuck the corn and place each ear of corn in a piece of aluminium foil.  Place a teaspoon of butter in the centre of each ear, then wrap tightly with the foil.  

Place ears in the air fryer basket, then...

Place ears in the air fryer basket, then cook on 200C / 390F for 10 minutes.  Flip the ears over and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until kernels are tender.

Remove the ears from the air fryer basket...

Remove the ears from the air fryer basket but keep covered in foil for at least 5 minutes before uncovering and serving.
