Air Fryer Hash Browns

Place a vented parchment round in the basket of your air fryer.

Add a thin layer of frozen hash browns.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper (or other desired seasoning) then spray the top layer with oil.

Cook for 7 minutes at 370°F | 165°C.

Flip the hash browns and spritz with oil again.

Cook for another 7-8 minutes or until desired color and texture are achieved.

Plate and enjoy!

Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt

Coat the air fryer basket with the olive oil.

Place the frozen hashbrowns in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes (flipping them halfway through the cook time) depending on how crispy you prefer your hashbrowns.

Season with the salt and serve immediately.

Large Potatoes

½ Onion

Pepper

Peel the potatoes and grate with a box grater.

Place the grated potatoes in a strainer and press to remove as much water as possible.

Combine the potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Coat the air fryer grid with cooking spray. Use a big spoon to form the hash browns directly in the air fryer. Leave a little space between each one (cook in batches depending on size of air fryer).

Cook at 380ºF (195°C) for 12 minutes - flipping halfway through- until golden brown.

Hash browns are my fav breakfast side and these were delish!!!
