Air Fryer Steak Kabobs are a quick and easy dish that can be used as an appetizer or even a main dish. Choose your favorite cut of steak, red onion, favorite vegetables, and light seasonings to make this delicious recipe in just 10 minutes. It&#039;s an easy Air Fryer recipe.

Air Fryer Steak Kabobs

oz steak

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

red onion

olive oil

soy sauce

Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the Air Fryer basket with a non stick spray such as olive oil or avocado oil.

Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces and soak them in the soy sauce while cutting up the vegetables.

Cut the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Grab a skewer and rotate adding the steak, onion, and peppers, and then repeat until you&#039;ve reached the end of the skewer.

Place the steak skewers in a single layer in the prepared Air Fryer basket. Cook on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping the skewers after 5 minutes.

Serve alone, with dipping sauce, or with your favorite sides.

Air Fryer Kabobs can be made with steak or chicken, and come out juicy and full of flavor.

Air Fryer Kabobs

chicken breast

yellow bell pepper

onion

tsp salt

tsp ground pepper

tbsp BBQ Sauce

If you are using chicken, pat  cut it into pieces about two inches in size. For steak, cut it the same way, just skip rinsing it. Set the meat aside.

Cut the bell peppers and onion into two inch pieces.

To assemble the kabobs, just thread them on the skewer in any order or pattern you like.

Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, or in the tray and brush a light coating of BBQ sauce onto each piece, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

For steak, I cook the kabobs at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes on each side. For the chicken, I cook them at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes on each side.
