Make tender and delicious omelettes with this simple Ninja Foodi Air fryer omelette recipe! This is perfect to serve for breakfast, brunch, as a light lunch or dinner.

Ninja Foodi Air Fryer Omelette

tsp butter ((use margarine as a dairy-free option))

onion ((or shallot))

bacon rashers

Dice the onion and chives and set aside. In a small bowl and using a fork, beat the eggs and salt. Lay the bacon strips on the pot of your Ninja Foodi, set it to saute for 5 minutes, and fry the bacon on each side until properly browned. Use a pair of kitchen tongs to flip from time to time. You can also fry your bacon on the stovetop, using a skillet.

Using the same pot fry the onion until translucent. Feel free to add a teaspoon of butter or oil, if the pot or skillet feels too dry. Set aside.

Next, add the diced onion, chives (set aside two tablespoons as garnish), and heavy cream to the bowl with the beaten egg. Whisk using a fork to combine.

Grease an air frying 8-inch (20cm) pan or cake tin with butter or oil and set the temperature to 325°F (162°C).

Pour the egg mixture into the air frying pan or cake tin, top with any remaining butter, and then use an aluminum sling to carefully lower the pan or cake tin inside the air fryer basket. You only need the sling if you do not own an air frying pan.

Cook four eggs for 12-15 minutes or 8-10 minutes for two to three eggs. Open the air fryer halfway through cooking, place the bacon pieces on top, and sprinkle with black pepper and shredded cheese. Cook until the time is up or until the omelette has a golden color and is totally set. Once cooked, use a spatula to slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate. Serve immediately.

This easy air fryer omelette recipe is a delicious breakfast for busy mornings. It&#039;s so light and fluffy, and easy to make!

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, until the egg yolks and whites are well combined. 

Stir in the ham, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.

Lightly spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Carefully pour the mixture into the dish. (You can use a 6-inch cake pan, silicone liner, corning ware bowl, or any small oven safe dish.)

Place the bowl into air fryer basket. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, stir with a fork just once, halfway through air frying time.

Making a delectable air fryer omelette for brunch is surprisingly effortless! With just a few ingredients and the help of an air fryer, the omelet turns out perfectly fluffy and flavorful.

Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)&nbsp;

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the salt and pepper to taste. Then add your toppings, such as ham, cheese and chopped tomatoes. Whisk the mixture lightly and pour it into an oil-sprayed baking pan. You can line the baking pan with parchment paper if you prefer.

Cook for 5 minutes for a perfectly cooked fluffy omelet, until it is cooked through. Around 6-7 minutes until the omelet is firmer (medium) and 8-10 minutes for a well-done omelet. Because we’re all different and like our eggs cooked to our preferred doneness.

Looks really good, and I will be making it soon. Might I suggest that one should pre-cook bacon, if using it.
