Air Fryer Peach Cobbler

peach slices (fresh or canned)

sugar

cornstarch

cinnamon (divided)

bisquick

milk

Preheat air fryer to 360 F, grease two one cup ramekins and set aside

In a small bowl, stir together the peach slices, sugar, cornstarch, and half the cinnamon until peaches are completely coated; divide between the prepared ramekins

In a separate bowl, mix together the bisquick, milk and remaining cinnamon

Divide bisquick mixture between the ramekins, then cook in air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden on top and cooked through

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with ice cream
