This easy to prepare Antipasto Charcuterie Wreath is sure to be a stunning centerpiece at your holiday celebrations. Made with classic antipasto ingredients and flavors, this simple and elegant holiday appetizer is fresh, festive and so delicious!

Antipasto Charcuterie Wreath

grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)

mozzarella balls (I used ciliegine)

pepperoncini peppers

artichoke hearts

black olives (pitted)

green olives (pitted, I used castelvetrano)

dry salami (halved

prosciutto

basil leaves

rosemary (for garnish)

skewers (4 inches in length)

balsamic vinegar (high quality)

olive oil

crackers

baguette (sliced)

Prep all of the ingredients for the wreath making sure the mozzarella, artichoke hearts, peppers and olives are all well drained and patted dry if needed.

Select a skewer and add four to five of the ingredients to the skewer leaving a small space at the end so your guests can pick it up easily.

Repeat with remaining skewers making sure to change up the ingredients and order for some variety and visual interest.

Grab a large serving plate or cutting board. You can use something circular or rectangular, it&#39;s really up to you.

Place a single layer of skewers in a circle on the serving plate or board. Continue placing skewers on top of the first layer until you have ran out of skewers.

Strategically place small sprigs of rosemary throughout the wreath, tucking in and around the skewers.

Serve and enjoy!

Christmas Antipasto Wreath Appetizer (Italian Antipasti)

black olives ((50 olives))

mozzarella balls (See Notes)

Italian hard salami

Pepperoncini

dill (for garnish)

Start by setting up an assembly line with all of the ingredients and the cocktail skewers.

Thread each cocktail skewer with the following: one black olive, basil leaf, tomato, salami slice, mozzarella ball, and one green olive. As you thread the ingredients onto the cocktail skewers, push them down to make room for the next ingredient.

Repeat making skewers until all ingredients are threaded onto skewers.

To Form the Antipasto Wreath

On a large round platter or wooden board, arrange previously assembled antipasto skewers in a circular pattern.

Garnish the outer rim of the wreath with additional tomatoes, pepperoncini, fresh dill, and fresh rosemary.

I love this with all of my favorite goodies. I plan to make this for our Christmas pot luck in our condo development annual Christmas Bunco party.
